Our rates vary based on the distance and type of trip (one-way or return). Simply call or WhatsApp us your pick-up and drop-off locations and our team will confirm the fare. One-way rates start from AED 95 and two-way (includes 30 mins waiting time) from AED 225. You can find the full fare breakdown here.
We don't have any hidden charges. All 2-way trip prices include 30 minutes waiting time. If you exceed that, you will be charged AED 50 for each additional 30 minutes of waiting.
Moreover, there is an extra charge of AED 100 per booking if the trip is scheduled outside normal working hours (12am–7am). Note: this excludes airport transfers, which have different rates as highlighted in the list of services.
Yes. Whilst we guarantee the cars are disinfected after each ride, you will need to provide a copy of your pet’s vaccination certificate for travel for the safety of other customers.
All pets, regardless of breed or size, are welcome—so long as they fit in the van!

Absolutely! You, your luggage, and your family are all welcome in the car. There are no extra costs so long as you all fit in one vehicle.
Each of our cars is equipped with an XL crate for optimal safety. If your pet prefers a harness or their own carrier, we’re happy to accommodate it. Exotic animals (fish, reptiles, etc.) need their own carrier. The idea is to make your fur-baby as comfortable as possible—just let us know how we can help.
Absolutely! All our handlers are trained to safely drive and care for your fur-babies just as you would.
Of course. Just leave us all the appropriate information (key location, etc.) and you can WhatsApp or email us the vaccination certificate. We’ll keep you updated throughout the journey with pictures, videos, and messages.
This depends on the location of our cars at the time of booking. Typically, we never need more than 30 minutes, but you’re welcome to book in advance to ensure your preferred time or driver is available.
Once a driver is assigned to you, you’ll receive their contact details so you can call or message them directly.
Our handlers are trained to deal with all kinds of pets and situations. Just give us all the information and we’ll ensure their journey is as comfortable as possible.
We accept both cash and card through a payment link which our dispatcher will send to you.

We get it—sometimes plans change. Cancellations are completely free up to 60 minutes before the booking.
